This is dedicated to our life with Emma and her newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes. Information, ranting, and updates is what you will find in here.
I know I would have had the hardest time holding it in. My daughter has said a few hilarious things that we shouldn't laugh about around her. It takes every ounce of my being to keep it in. My wife doesn't always have as much will power as I do and then that just makes things worse. Good luck with "Fucky"
Awwwwwwww. So cute. She took the most vile word ever and put a pretty little ribbon and a pink dress on it. I want to buy a hamster or a goldfish and name it Fucky.
Ok, I'm almost peeing myself here at Carey's comment .....My kids prefer "shit". Brooke has told me my coleslaw "tastes like shit". I had to leave the kitchen due to explosive laughter. She started bawling. Kids are too funny.
I like that she doesn't start small. No building up to the big time with a "shit" or "damn." She just goes for gold.
It looks like you all understand and know where i am coming from. It was the cutest thing as Carey said. So the word of the week has been FUCKY. It doesnt take much these days when your feeling stressed and overwhelmed with things to think about these things and put you right back on top.Have a FUCKY day everyone!
Oh dear! That is so funny!Kids.
Kelsey started early with the expletives as well. She was two the first time, but it came out as "puck", then the next time she was a few months older, and it was "fucking cord", then "fucking chair". But, because no attention was really drawn to it besides a few snickers that snuck out from behind my hand over my mouth, it stopped at that. She hasn't said it since. Around me, anyway. I'm sure she and her friends swear all the time when they're together, but I never hear it, so according to me, it doesn't happen.Jake called his dad a "fuckerhead" one time leaving day care when he was three. That was nice.
OMG! So funny! Izzy isn't one for repeating bad words very often, but Alex spent almost an entire day saying Stupid in various ways. As he was hopping across the floor like a frog saying stupid, stupid, stupid with each jump it was all I could do not to crack up. The comments were great. :)
